Taekwondo training focuses on the art of self defense as well as providing a strong emphasis on moral values. This is the foundation of the Champion Martial Arts Center's teaching method. We have added many other styles from the ground arts to the many striking arts to form a well rounded martial artist. Along with the physical and mental training and the emphasis on discipline and respect, the Champion Martial Arts experience will guide you (and your child) to view life with confidence and a feeling of self worth.

Even though we are past the pandemic, Champion still continues to offer the ability to attend class via ZOOM.  This not only helps keep our students healthy, but it is also an added convenience to parents that may not be able to get their child to class on occasion. Nothing can take the place of in-person training.  But when it is necessary, this can be an invaluable training tool and a way to stay connected.

Kick Core Fit is a fusion of martial arts techniques, total core strengthening exercises, and resistance movements. The beauty of the program is that the workout changes constantly so the body continues to adapt. With adaptation comes growth...physically and mentally.
